I particularly see clients who are or who have been victims of crime and abuse. I believe that compassion, understanding, trust, and spirituality are important in the therapeutic process. I strive to maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive therapeutic environment that promotes healing. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT. I use trauma-informed, client-centered, and solution-focused therapeutic techniques, which means I believe that you are an essential part of your own treatment, and I look forward to collaborating with you to form a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs and desires!
