My passion is providing a safe space for children, teens, and young adults to be seen and heard. I partner with individuals and families to provide them with the necessary tools they need to navigate life as they develop and grow! I utilize Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art therapy, Sandtray, and Motivational Interviewing. Most sessions are centered around creative activities designed to help with behaviors, communication skills, self-awareness, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and trauma. If you’re looking for something a little more engaging than your average talk therapy (no matter how old you are), this is it!

If you are interested in connecting with me and learning more, please email me. I would love to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions and determine next steps. I look forward to working with you and/or your kiddos!
