My passion is to provide a safe space for all individuals to be seen, heard and be able to process their emotions. I believe all individuals have a unique and innate ability to move toward emotional and mental health. Through trust, understanding, openness, compassion, and spirituality, I hope to facilitate a therapeutic process that leads to sustained growth, healthy development, and personal healing. I believe in implementing interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy based on the needs of each client.
I love working with a variety of clients including, children, teens, adolescents, and adults. With a background as an elementary, middle, and high school teacher, I have a passion for helping children and adolescents thrive.
