As a therapist, I work with clients of all ages and abilities. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults affected by trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, relational stress, life transitions, grief, attention-deficit disorders, and financial stressors. I also work with families who may be experiencing high levels of conflict or relational stress that would like to create more intimacy within their relationships.
I am passionate about using an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to help clients reach their goals. My hope is to cultivate a space for clients to process life events and difficulties where you can feel comfortable, supported, and safe in order to facilitate healing and freedom. I believe it is important to examine the systems that play a role in making us who we are, including families, communities, and cultures. I operate from a strengths-based perspective and incorporate evidence-based interventions into practice, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive arts practices, internal family systems, and motivational interviewing. I am currently only offering telehealth services.
